Danielle is absolutely incredible! If you are looking for a realtor in the Colorado Springs area, I strongly recommend Danielle. To say that Danielle is an excellent agent is truly an understatement. Her integrity, professionalism, and industry knowledge are second to none. Danielle is a person of extraordinary character, and anyone who chooses to work with her is certain to realize this immediately. Danielle worked tirelessly to find my wife and I the perfect house in a very difficult market. Importantly, as she guided our buying experience, Danielle held every other member involved accountable to the standard of excellence with which she consistently operates. When she felt that our lender was not moving quickly enough, she acted immediately. When she felt our builder was not acting with the utmost integrity, she called them on it. The result was a standard of service we had never before experienced. Finally, a I will share a personal note which highlights Danielle's character. In the middle of our buying experience, my wife and I faced an unexpected family crisis involving the health of our infant son. Danielle not only removed all stress related to our buying experience; she invested in our family on a personal level in the most caring and supportive manner. If that was not enough, Danielle even took the initiative to find us a renter for our current home, as she realized that we were too busy and strained to do so ourselves. We are only in our home today because of Danielle. Danielle's authenticity, caring nature, unrivaled knowledge, and tenacity make her the perfect person to assist with any home buying or selling experience. Danielle has set the bar incredibly high, and we are thankful and fortunate to have her in our lives.

Danielle Frisbie

Danielle Frisbie is amazing. It is by no surprise that she has a 5 star rating. We moved out to Colorado Springs in 2019 and Danielle was recommended to us by a family member that is in real estate and pin pointed her out as the best to work with. They were right and Danielle found us the perfect home in a location that matched us to a T. When our family grew and we needed a new place, we knew Danielle was who we wanted to sell our house and help us find our forever home. In an ever changing market Danielle was on top of everything and we felt extremely taken care of throughout the entire process. She recommended the ideal asking price for selling our home and built us a winning offer for the house we fell in love with. With all of her experience, she has aligned herself with the best and so everything went as smooth as possible. From lender recommendations to contractors, she has a rolodex of gold. We wish we could continue to work with her but we're hoping to stay in our new home for many years to come. If I'm ever asked to recommend a real estate agent though it will 100% be Danielle Frisbie.
